“Nollag”
This cowl gets its name from the Gaelic word for Christmas and is my gift to anyone wanting to create it, as a free pattern to add to your collection.
It’s a fun cowl created in a beautiful faux fur yarn that is perfect as either a Christmas accessory in red or a fun seasonal colour. It can of course be made in a traditional fur colour for anytime wearing.
It’s a very easy design suitable for the complete beginner upwards or someone wanting to have a play with novelty yarn.
The finished look to the cowl can be made in two different ways, and instructions are given to do so.
The cowl is worked flat.
Whichever way you decide to create it, I hope it brings fun and joy in the wearing and making.
