The Noordwijk Blanket is a one-sized blanket for everybody and can be made of any two lace yarns held together. It is knit in the round, starting with DPNs, but adding yarn overs it will grow fast. The border is just alternating purl and knit rows, ending with a picot edge, which might take a while, but is totally worth it.
Feel free to add stripes or just use one color of both yarns, make it smaller or larger, as you wish.
I used 3 skeins of maschenatelier’s Balance and 6 skeins of Garnstudio’s Drops Kid-Silk.

Happy knitting!
