Nora Beth’s Scarf is a lovely pattern that is rather geometric in appearance. It consists of triangles of Stocking Stitch & Garter Stitch squares set @ various angles. It has a beautiful Garter Stitch border that lends visual interest. The pattern allows you to adjust the length to your desired measurements, making it great for varying yardages of yarn that you may have available. It is also a relatively easy pattern, making it a good choice for new knitters. Though easy to knit, it looks complicated and impressive!! I included pictures of 2 different scarves I knitted out of different yarns to allow the knitter to see the adaptability of the pattern. You can knit this scarf in a usable length with 1 skein of most worsted weight yarn that has about 200 yards. If you wish a longer scarf you will need more yardage.
