A hat and cowl in a striking stranded pattern inspired by my Norwegian heritage, with a contrasting ribbed border. Includes basic written instructions and charts for the stranded pattern. There are instructions for several sizes. Size can also be varied by changing needle or yarn to achieve a different gauge or by adding or subtracting pattern repeats.

Gauge for light fingering weight yarn: 32 st X 40 rounds=4” using medium sized needles.
