You will need circular needles size US 2 (2.75 mm) and US 3 (3.0 mm) in 40” (100 cm) length - IF you wish to use the Magic Loop method.

If not, you will need needles in smaller lengths for the body and sleeves. You may also use double-pointed needles, if desired.
