A Norwegian-style, partial drop-shoulder pullover equally attractive for men or women. Knit using steeks to allow knitting in the round with the right side facing for the entire sweater. However, if desired, the steeks can be omitted and the sweater divided at the armholes, and knit back and forth from there up. The “lice” pattern (as it is called in Norway), with the white stitch every fourth stitch on every fourth row, is knit by stranding the white yarn behind the three brown stitches.
