This hat is designed for 1/3 scale curvy dolls with head circumferences between 22 cm (8 ½ inches) and 25.5 cm (10 inches). The hat is knit bottom-up in the round. The crown is slightly pointed.

The sample is knit with a small amount of fingering weight yarn for the main color, and an even smaller amount of DK weight yarn for the contrast color. Using a fingering weight contrast color would make an insignificant change to the pattern outcome.
