Nordic Tundra
In both the Spring and winter while my daughter is playing soccer on the plains, we often joke that this must be how it feels in the Nordic Tundra. The wind blows fiercely and the wet cold gets under your jacket collar and sends a heavy chill down your body, right to your bones. This cowl was designed to keep the bone chilling winds from attacking your neck, and when pulled up over your ears and top of your head, it doubles as a warm covering for your head.
