Nordstjerne is the Danish word for the North Star / Stella Polaris.

This is the girl’s version. The sweater/pullover is worked from the bottom edge and up with a 2-color star stripe on the yoke. The sweater has a combined round and raglan yoke and sleeve construction. The Sweater has traditional rib edges. The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 18 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch / 2-colored stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 90 meters per 50 grams.

Pattern includes directions for a size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 years with chest width 69 (73, 78, 84, 89, 96) centimeters and a length of 42 (45, 48, 51, 55, 59) centimeters.

This pattern is written for a knitter with medium skills, a knitter who is familiar with 2-color stranded knitting, a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, charts and work increases, decreases and pick up stitches.

Materials: yarn, knitting needles and stitch markers.
