My mother lost her mother when she was 15, her older sister was approximately 15-16 years older and was already married, so She was my mother’s kind of mother. As we grew up, she was our grandmother, and we were spoiled like it has to be by her.

She was the one who taught me to knit, she was always making something in the craft department, always very dressy wearing make up and her accessories even if she wasn’t going out. One of her trademarks, an open cardigan just like this, and her name? Norma

So this is a top down open cardigan inspired by my Tia Norma.

A comfy, light and very warm cardigan that can be easy knitted while watching tv or reading.

Two strands of yarn are holded together so you have to double the amount aprox as follow:
For smll 1044 yds -> 2088 total
