This square with a diamond overlay pattern can be used for blankets or throws. When the squares are joined a circle will appear.
Yarn and hook: Any yarn can be used and the hook size will vary according to the yarn chosen and your tension.
Size: With Scheepjes Stonewashed and a 4mm hook the square will be approx 11X11cm. With Scheepjes Catona and a 3 mm hook the square will be approx 9x9cm.
Extra: This pattern also includes the extended version of the Northern Diamond Square (formerly the Northern Diamond Square II).
