NEW PATTERN – NORTHERN VIKING COMPASS –

I was always fascinated by early navigation and to honour those who can navigate by stars, wind, water, sand or trees (I even get lost with my Google maps open in front of my nose ), I designed a legendary Northern Viking Compass with Runes.

The pattern comes in two techniques:
Overlay Mosaic Crochet and
Interlocking Filet Crochet
It comes with a written pattern for right- and lefthanded crocheters and in 3 languages: English, German and Dutch.

Light fingering yarn like Hobbii Rainbow Cotton, size 140 by 140 cm, 55 by 55 inches based on hook size 2,5mm (C-2)
Dark pattern colour A, 2890m, 3160y.
Light background colour B, 2550m, 2790y

DK yarn like Stylecraft Special DK, size 200 by 200cm, 79 by 79 inches based on hook size 4mm (E)
Dark pattern colour A 3900m, 4200y
Light background colour B 3400m, 3700y.
