Norway Spruce Blanket
’Norway Spruce’ was originally published in issue 46 of Crochet Now magazine in August 2019.
The pattern is created using the Inset mosaic crochet technique, where the yarn colour is changed every 2 rows, and the unused colour is carried up the side of the work.
If you are new to this technique, don’t worry, full written instructions are given, and I have also provided a chart.
It is up to you which you follow, but if you are new to this technique, I would recommend following the written pattern, at least for the first few rows.
It is much quicker and easier to do than it looks!
Yarn quantities are as follows:
7 balls in 200 Jade (MC);
3 balls each in 233 Mustard (CC1), 202 Wishbone (CC2) and 205 Spearmint (CC3)
