This pattern was inspired by Norbert, the baby Norwegian Ridgeback dragon from the Harry Potter series. It uses a traditional Norwegian pattern with a cute baby dragon design.

I used Patons Silk Bamboo in 3 contrasting colours but it can be done in 2 colours if you prefer.

For the sample I used the 3 colours: Almond, Bark, and Sea. You will need about 125 yards of the main hat colour and less than a ball of the contrasting colours.

You can feel good about purchasing this pattern knowing that the money is donated to Sali’s Farm (www.sali.ca). An organization and farm sanctuary that helps at-risk youth, vulnerable members of the community and, of course, animals.
