Simples. Collection
This pattern is part of my Simples. Collection - a collection of patterns specifically designed to help you practice and expand your skills, ranging from beginner to intermediate levels. All patterns tell you exactly what skills you’ll need to complete the pattern, so you’ll know if you need to learn something new or if you’ve already got it covered.
Norwegian Fir Cowl and Mitts
Textured lace gives this cowl and mitt set a look of winter - like fir trees shrugging off snow. A good introduction to lace.
This pattern includes both written and charted directions for the Norwegian Fir lace. Lace holes at the cowl edges are used as buttonholes - no need to make any.
This cowl and mitt set is a good way to practice working repeated patterns.
