This pattern was inspired by a holiday in Norway where there were so many lovely knitted bits for sale. Unfortunately I could not bring them all home with me, so I have made my own souvenir.

It only comes in one size as I have assumed a normal or average size head. If necessary then larger needles can be used.

Yarn
I used less than one of each 50g skein for the main colour and snowflake colour.

Floats
I have designed the pattern such that the floats are kept as short as possible. It is good practice to wrap the floated yarn. Knitpicks has an excellent guide to the various techniques. A PDF is available here
