This purse is worn on one side of the body, just under the arm or under the breast. The strap goes tightly across the torso with the curve of the rib cage or the lower curve of the breast keeping the purse in place. Two pairs of knotted braids near each end of the purse keep the flap closed. To open the purse, just lift the flap in the middle. There is no need to untie the braids.
