Not Knit Soap Saver
The Not Knit Soap Saver is perfect for the beginner crocheter that knows only basic stitches, because this pattern uses just a variation of the same stitch to create different looks!
The Not Knit Soap Saver is great at protecting your soap from shrinking faster than normal (since it won’t be constantly exposed to water hitting it directly), prevents your soap from shattering when dropped, and a great way to keep a bunch of smaller soaps in one container. Due to the stitches’ texture, once the bar of soap is secure in the soap saver, it works wonderfully to lather your favorite scent and use the saver as a washcloth to gently exfoliate you, almost like a loofah would.
This is an Easy/Advanced Beginner skill level crochet pattern. All crochet techniques and finished sizes are listed in US terminology. You’ll need less than 40-50 yards of cotton yarn to complete one soap saver.
The Not Knit Soap Saver has been tested thoroughly.
