Not Quite Steel Hat
Featuring a stunning yet simple cross-hatch style design, it is perfect project for someone learning to knit colourwork as it features short floats and an easy to remember chart. This hat is worked with 4ply/fingering weight yarn and is knit from the brim upwards.
This hat has been designed to match my popular Not Quite Steel Cowl and has both charted and written instructions. Designed to be worn with a slight slouch the steel floor like pattern works well with either solid, variegated or gradient contrast yarns.
Sizing
