NEW VERSION OF PATTERN - to correct a typo that will affect the result. Also split out large and extra large sizes.

I wanted to create a warm hat that could be worn any day, not just Halloween.

This pattern uses two strands of yarn together. The default sizes are S/M and L/XL, with notes to adjust the size, if needed.

I used two skeins, plus about a quarter of another skein (pulling from the outside and middle of the skein at once) of Lion Brand Basic Stitch yarn.

The hat band was made with some leftover Red Heart Super Saver yarn and a 4.5mm hook.

NOTE: because this is a round hat, your typical gauge check isn’t applicable. There is an applicable one within this pattern.
