This scarf is a tube so there is no purl side. It is made seamlessly in the round from the top to the bottom using Magic Loop method or circular needles 40 cm.

Gauge

29 sts in 32 rows
In the round, after wet blocking

Obtaining the correct gauge is not necessary, however all differences will have affect on the size of your finished scarf.

You can make your scarf prettier by sewing some motifs on it. I used duplicate stitch method to make a spider.

Yarn

6 skeins of Hobbii Friends Extra Fine Merino or 900 m of any yarn in sport weight

Duplicate Stitch

The spider motif is from the book AlterKnits Stitch Dictionary, by Andrea Rangel.
