Not TOO Christmas Cowl
I impulse bought this yarn – it was red and green, but not too red and green, had some grey and just enough sparkle. It was sophisticated Christmas yarn! I squirreled it away with every intent of whipping up something that was Christmas, but not TOO Christmas for the holidays. Flash forward to December 19th when I suddenly remembered the stashed yarn and my intentions for it. Yikes. Shockingly, I was ahead in my Christmas baking game and had enough time to whip up a little something in time for the holidays. I’m sharing it with you – Happy Christmas and Happy Stitching!
Materials:
• 1 ball of Universal Yarn Classic Shades Metallic, colorway 607 Zenith (100 grams, 69/29/2 Acrylic/Wool/Glitter), 175 yards.
• US 10.5 circular needle in 32-36 inch length
• Stitch marker
• Yarn needle to weave in ends
Measurements: Gauge is not critical. 7 inches deep and 42 inches in circumference, unblocked. Christmas is nearly upon us – who has time for blocking?!
