I always think it’s best to make items that co-ordinate rather than match in a matchy-matchy way - that makes each knit more special.

So, here’s a hat pattern to let you do that.

You can make it with just a tiny bit of leftover yarn - the colourwork band can be as deep or shallow as you like.

I’ve included lots of stitchcounts so you can make it in any weight from fingering - aran. Sizing table for different weights all to produce hats that are approx. 55cm/22”.

I’ll be including it in all of the Christmas collections, because I know some people love “sets” ☻
