The crochet bag pattern is a perfect accessory for the summer. Made with a classic granny stitch decorated with a few stripes will turn into an entirely different and modern bag. For this bag you can use worsted/Aran weight yarn. The pattern is easy to follow and beginner-friendly.

SKILL LEVEL- beginner

The stitches used are double crochet, half double crochet, single crochet, and chain stitch.

Materials:

• worsted weight yarn
• crochet hook size 5mm
• 4 stitch markers
• tapestry needle
• scissors

Final measurements –
Bag size without the straps is:
40cm x 40cm
The strap length depends on you.
Mine is 50cm – 22 inches

This summer tote bag is worked from the bottom up, without any seaming. First, we will make the base, then we will continue with sides and straps/ handles.
