…………………………………………………………………
Named after the “notch” that’s naturally created by the lace on the bound-off edge, this lace shawl has an asymmetrical triangular shape. It grows gradually from a cast-on of just three stitches, and you can easily modify the size of the shawl by working more or fewer repeats of the lace. If you make it longer, you’ll need more yarn.
Although the pattern calls for fingering weight yarn, sportweight could work well also (you’ll want to go up a needle size or two with heavier weight yarns).
