The Nova Little Girls skirt uses a simple Cluster/V-stitch pattern to create a softly draping skirt that flares out into a “twirly skirt”. This skirt has three tiers of increases, but each tier change is hidden within the pattern repeat. It also begins with a foundation hdc row at the waistband to allow the skirt to stretch as your favorite little girl grows.
