Das Design der Novalis Socks ist inspiriert von jenem gleichnamigen Romantiker, der die allumfassende Poetisierung der Welt forderte. Die Überwindung von Gegensätzen und die damit verbundene Einheit aller Dinge war das erklärte Ziel; denn nur dann, so schien es, konnte die Welt wieder anheben zu singen.
Auch wenn diese umfängliche Romantisierung kaum gelingen mag, ein wenig Poesie kann doch in den den Alltag dringen - mit den romantisch verspielten Novalis Socks.

Diese bestechen neben einem zarten Lacemuster (das so einfach gestaltet ist, dass jeder Anfänger Freude daran haben wird) mit einer kleinen Rosenstickerei auf einem doppeltem Bündchen. Das Besondere: Die Rückseite der Stickerei verschwindet hinter dem farblich abgesetzten inneren Teil des Bündchens.
