Novice dress is a beginner friendly and quickly knitted dress. The dress is worked from the top down, with raglan increases on the yoke. The dress has a tight fit, drapes beautifully on the body and is very elastic. It has a 40 cm negative ease. This means, if your bust circumference is 80 cm, you should knit a size M. The dress has slits in the sides, making the dress airier and easier to move in. If you want a looser fit, you can size up according to the dress’ chest measurement. You can also alter the length according to the sizes, and either make it longer or shorter. Please notice you will need more yarn if you size up or work the dress longer.
