For this pattern you will need:
-100 grams (72 yards) bulky (5) yarn; I recommend Malabrigo Noventa.
-Size US 10.5 (6.5mm) 16” circular knitting needles
-Size US 10.5 (6.5mm) double pointed needles for decreases
-Stitch marker
-Scissors
-Tapestry needle
