Yarn

100 g of fingering weight yarn, app. 400 m/ 437 yds per 100 g in two colours, 50-70 of MC and 20-25 g of CC.
The sample socks were knitted with Schachenmayr Regia 4-fädig 4-ply (80% Merino, 20% Nylon) in colourways 522 Dark Grey (MC) and 2070 Birch Heather (CC).

2.75 mm/ US 2 circular needle (80 cm/ 32 inches long or longer) or size to meet the gauge markers, tapestry needle for weaving in ends
