This pattern is of the cover photo of the book “Klassisk barnestrikk”. It is an old pattern from SandnesGarn, the original designer of the pattern is Unn Søiland. The sweater has a round yoke and is knitted from the bottom up. It is originally a girl sweater, but works just fine for boys as well, perhaps with differenent colours.
