“The inspiration for this pattern came from garden flowers, and I used repeats of small and large flowers in shades of purple and green, with sparks of yellow on a background of cream,” says Mary Henderson. “The Doulton Border Leicester DK wool is an absolute delight to work with, providing hours of contented knitting and a cosy and colourful garment at the end of it!”
