The mouse is worked in the round on 4 mm doublepointed needles.
+ 2 extra double-pointed needles for when parts are
being joined together.
The ends can either be woven in as you go or they
can be left hanging from the RS of the work, to be
woven in at the ends.

Filcolana is sponsoring the yarn for the Nussemus
(cuddle mouse).
As long as there is more yarn, it can be fetched from
the designated pick up points at the local yarn shops,
where the finished mice can be handed in as well.
Many yarn shops across Denmark have chosen to
help. This makes us very happy.

MOUSE RECIPIENTS
Lots of kids would love to have a Nussemus (cuddle
mouse).
We have selected some places to work with, but if
it turns out we receive more mice than they have a
need for, we will find more, similar places for these
mice.
So far we are working with the following organizations:
Shelters - There are currently agreements with Aarhus, Copenhagen and Herning.
Foreningen Savn - a charity helping children and relatives of incarcerated
