The Nutcracker is a 2 act ballet and has several shows across the world in multiple languages. Norway included. Though I’ve never seen neither the ballet or movie, I love and feel deeply for the music in the ballet and for me a Christmas without it just isn’t the same. In my pattern, I wanted to capture the story in the cable. The garters representing the Nutcracker and the stockinette the ballet dancer. The simple, subtle texture on the side represents crums from cracked nuts.

• Recommended needles: 2 – 2,5 mm

• Recommended Yarn: Fingering weight
