A lovely simple lacy shawl, just right for summer evenings, and surprisingly easy and quick to make.
The shawl is worked from the long top edge downwards, so you start with a long foundation chain but each row gets shorter.
The finished size is 160cm wide by 75cm deep.
I used The Natural Dye Studio’s Angel 4 ply yarn in Nutmeg, but any 4ply/fingering weight yarn will do.
The pattern includes English and US crochet terms.
For a bottom up version of this design see Angel Wisp Shawl, which is made in mohair laceweight.
