Nuvo was inspired by my best friend’s cat. It was knitted with self-striping sock yarn to resemble the tabby pattern. To achieve a smooth stripe pattern and minimize seam, the main body was knitted one-piece in the round from the back right leg to the top of the head.
You can customize the cat by changing where its head facing using the same pattern.
Please be advised that this project uses short row technique a lot.
