Nybrud basic is a blouse worked top-down with 2 threads of yarn held together. It has a well-fitted contiguous sleeve construction (sleeve caps are worked at the same time as the front and back) and a wide stand-up neck in stockinette stitch. Sleeves and body can be worked to desired length.

Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4) (5, 6, 7)
Upper chest circumference: 84 (90.5, 101, 111.5) (122, 130.5, 139) cm/ 33 (35.75, 39.75, 44) (48, 51.5, 54.75)”

The blouse is designed to be worn with a positive ease of 0-10cm/0-4” measured at upper chest circumference“.
Since it has a defined upper body shape, you’ll likely have better fitting shoulders if you use this upper chest measurement when choosing a size.
“Upper chest circumference is measured just below the underarm break, with your arms down and relaxed.

This pattern is a basic pattern, if you need options I recommend you to purchase the extended version of this pattern: Nybrud. It has optional instructions included to make a tailored, wellfitted blouse.
