About:
The Nynaeve cowl is a comfy ribbed cowl that can be
worn when the weather is getting cold(er), it is a
perfect layering piece to keep your neck and shoulders
warm and cosy. The cowl can also be worn under a
coat.
This cowl was inspired by Nynaeve Almaeren who is a
main character from the fantasy book cycle ‘The Wheel
of Time’, written by Robert Jordan. She is the young
Wisdom (healer) from a peaceful village. Nynaeve is a
woman with deep brown eyes and long dark brown
hair that she ties in a long braid. She is very fond of
sturdy, decent woolly clothing, and accessories.

This ribbed cowl makes for a perfect easy going
knitting project, with enough interest to make it an
engaging knit.

This written pattern is also within reach of an
adventurous new cowl knitter if knitted a few pieces
before.
