The O Tannenbaum mitten pattern is done using the mosaic technique. Mosaic knitting is a method of colorwork, and it is more stretchy than stranded knitting because it doesn’t have long floats. Also, only one color is used at a time, making it easier for beginners. This mosaic mitten pattern contains instructions to make both full mittens (fingered) and fingerless mittens.

Only includes charted instructions.

Gauge: 8 stitches per inch in mosaic pattern, each tree pattern repeat is 1 inch (2.54 cm) wide.

Sizes: (XS, S, M, L) correspond to palm circumferences of (7, 8, 9, 10) inches
