Oakley - Yoke decreases
The number of pattern repeats worked and the stitch counts have been corrected as below.

Lace round 17 (dec): slip the first st, (K1, yo, SSK, K2, K2tog, yo, K1, K2tog) 16(18:22:24) times, place a stitch marker. (144(162:198:216) sts)
Lace round 18: Knit, SSM.
Lace round 19: (K2, yo, SSK, K2tog, yo, K3) 16(18:22:24) times, SSM.
Lace round 20: Knit, SSM.
Lace round 21 (dec): (K3, K2tog, K4) 16(18:22:24) times, SSM. (128(144:176:192) sts)
Lace round 22: Purl, SSM.
1st & 2nd sizes only
Lace round 23: Knit, SSM.
Lace round 24: Turn work and cast off knitwise on the WS, taking care not to pull sts too tightly.
3rd & 4th sizes only
Lace round 23 (dec): slip the first st, (K6, K2tog) 20(24) times, SSM. (154(168) sts)
Lace round 24: Turn work and cast off knitwise on the WS, taking care not to pull sts too tightly.
