Designed for the 2023 Progress, Hope & Happiness Collection The Audacity of the Authentic Self, these arm-warmers were inspired by the current trend for lace fabrics and the drop-dead gorgeous Habanera colourway developed especially for the collection by ModeKnit Yarn.

What could possibly be more audacious than lacy arm-warmers in fiery red, pink and orange?

Each piece is crocheted in rows and seamed.

Short-row shaping is used to accommodate the difference in circumference between the wrist and forearm.

Finished Size: The arm-warmers are 10 inches long and have a circumference of 6½ inches at the wrist and 9½ inches at the elbow (25 cm X 16.5 cm X 24 cm).

US crochet terms are used throughout the pattern. The equivalent UK terms are referenced in the table of abbreviations.

Styling Options: The finished pieces can also be worn as fun boot-toppers or ankle-warmers and the pattern includes an appendix which details how the design can be modified to create fingerless mitts.
