Bearded men are more attractive. This has been proved by science. A decent beard can transform a pasty nerd into a rugged hunk. A baby-faced dweeb into a revolutionary.

I knitted a beanie the other day, but I was worried that it wouldn’t be quite warm enough for the winter. I decided it needed a lining, so you’ll find what I did in the pattern.

One size to fit average man’s head
Level: easy — medium difficulty.

You will need for Beanie: Two colors of worsted-weight yarn (to be used doubled) 100g (3.52oz) / 300m (328yards)

Mustard — 200m (218yards)
Gray — 230m (251yards)

For Beard: One color of Bulky Weight Yarn 100g (3,52oz) / 100m (109yards)

Brown — 80m (87yards)
