About:
This is a simple fingerless mitts pattern with a lovely, patterned texture on the front, and ribbing on the palm, that forms a soft and squishy hug around your hands, for the colder months. The pattern is both written and charted, for working in the round in 3 sizes: Child, Adult and Adult Large. Oblivion Mitts are designed to be paired with the Oblivion Cowl and Oblivion Hat and the three patterns are available as individual patterns or as a set.

Recommended yarn: DK / 8ply weight
The sample shown was knitted in Skeinz Albertine Merino. I recommend using a solid colour yarn that has good stitch definition. Avoid yarns that have a halo, or colour variegation as the pattern detailing can get lost.

22 sts x 30 rounds = 10cm on larger needles. Worked in the round in main charted pattern.

Meterage, approximately:
Child: 88m/96y
Adult: 150m/164y
Adult L: 206m/225y

Recommended needles: (adjust needles to meet gauge)
3.5mm/US4 needles in your preferred small circumference method for the ribbing
4mm/US6 needles in your preferred small circumference method for the main body

Two pieces of smooth waste yarn or stitch holder
