After knitting several pairs of my Obsession Mitts, I had some leftover Bearfoot and wondered if there might be enough to make a matching cowl or neck warmer… Yep!! There was!! So the Obsession Cowl came to be and much to my delight, was just as much fun to knit as the mitts!!! I LOVE this lace pattern!!

Some yarn substitutes for the cowl are Misti Alpaca Hand Paint Sock, Zen Yarn Garden Serenity 20, Dream in Color Smooshy, Classic Elite Yarns Alpaca Sox, and Valley Yarns Huntington - just be sure you have at least 400 yards if you’re planning on a cowl/mitts set!!
