This pattern is inspired by the beach, waves, holidays, and summer. It is a flowing garment that flatters any body type.
It feels soft and free on the body, and covers the elbows with a ruffle.

The pattern was written for even a courageous beginner that is past the basic knit/purl stage. There are lots of pretty stitches that keeps the project interesting.

You will need a yarn with drape, including some rayon/viscose, silk, cotton or similar. It can be either a light fingering for a double strand knitted garment or a DK weight for a single strand knit. The sample is knit with 2 strands of fingering.

Select either 3 colors or a single color of yarn for your version. Lighter colors show the stitch patterns off best.

Yardage is 760 - 1760 yds in single strand or 1520 - 3520 yds in single strand. This will vary based on the yarn selected

The 9 sizes include a finished chest of 35” to 69”. An ease of 3 to 10” is recommended. The sample shown is a 4” ease.

The pattern includes and email address for questions during construction.
