This shawl was inspired by the ocean and summer, by tropical fish and deep blue waters. The shawl is asymmetrical and has a lovely lacy border that mimics ocean waves. I used two different colors that represented the water and all the ocean life with its beautiful bright, mesmerising colors. To end the shawl I added a bit of a lace mesh, which breaks the monotony of stockinette stitch and adds the perfect airy texture for a summer shawl.
