I got the yarn for the prototype of this first, the designed the sweater as I went. I even named the design after the prototype’s color. It’s more fitted than a lot what I usually design, it’s comfortable as a sweatshirt, but decent to wear to work. The ribbing is the only accent detail, the rest is straight stitch with minimal shaping, so it works up fast as well. The construction may be new for some knitters as I knit pieces together rather than sewing them. Comfy or Shine from Knitpicks would work well, but any soft cotton blend would be nice.
Includes instructions on techniques and a chart for the twisted rib (which I may re-do, there’s no key), color printing helpful.
