Here is a cute little octopus, the size will depend on the yarn chosen and the size hook used. i used Hobby Lobby’s crafters secret and a 5.5 mm (I) hook, the dimensions are an approximate
36” X 36”.

You will need 2 different colors of yarn, about 700-850 yards of each color.
The smaller one was made with Lion Brand pound of love and a 5.5 mm (I) hook its dimensions are an approximate 30” x 30”

the dark color will use more than the light color.
With the crafters secret i used about 850 yards on the dark color. With the Lion Brand I only used about 750 yards.
