With Christmas approaching on of my family members asked for a pink octopus hat with purple eyes. Well be careful what you ask for! I designed this hat and knitted it up in hot pink yarn and when they opened it on Christmas day they were delighted. I am especially pleased with the sucker detailing on the octopus’ tentacles.

The hat is made in DK yarn using a 4mm circular needle. The tentacles and eyes are knitted separately on 3mm straight needles and sewn on. I have included 2 adult sizes.
