Octopus Hat
Dive into cozy style with this playful Octopus Hat! Crafted for super bulky chenille yarn like Bernat Blanket, this hat combines warmth and head-turning whimsy in one delightful package. Featuring two adult sizes (a snug fit and a more relaxed fit), this pattern is perfect for anyone looking to make a statement while staying snug. An ideal project for both seasoned knitters and adventurous beginners.
Tentacles, Eyes and Eyelids are knit separately and then sewn onto hat body.
Finished dimensions are: 14-15 inches long and 11 inches wide. Gauge: 8 stitches and 19-20 rows to 4 inches of stockinette.
One skein of Bernat Blanket in your main color will make one hat. You only need around 60 yards of your contrasting color.
I have test knit this pattern many times, but to error is human, so if you find an error please let me know so that I may correct it!
